Onomatopoeia Poem

Onomatopoeia
Fireworks Poem
Sizzle, Sizzle, Sizzle,
The fireworks tail was lit on fire.
Sizzle, Whoosh, Zoom!
The firework flies high, then higher.
Whoosh, Zoom, Pop,
The fireworks voice came out with a boom.
Zoom, Pop, BOOM!
The fireworks gone, it has met its doom.

Reflection:
What I found hard was coming up with what to write down.
What I found easy were the words to use.
I should make this more interesting.

  1. Hi there, I'm Abby and i'm a year 6 student at Yaldhurst Model School or you can say YMS.

I liked the way you colored the words it made the hole poem eye catching.

This reminded me of fireworks day.

To improve you could make it a bit longer.

    Kind regards, Abby.
